Registering and Logging in

When you scan your travel card or Kliento card for the first time you will receive a registration code, with which you can create a profile in the Kliento portal. There are two ways to register: you can either create a new account or connect your card to your existing Facebook account. Just fill in the code and click on the appropriate button.

When you have filled in your account details the portal will send you an email message to confirm your address. Click on the link in the confirmation message and your registration is complete.

Once you have registered you can log in to the portal with your email address and password, or with the Facebook button if you registered your card with your Facebook account.

Problems?

No confirmation email from registration?

If you don't see the email in your mailbox, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, send an email to support@kliento.net and we will help you.

Forgotten your login details?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the link on the login page, and follow the instructions. You will be able to set a new password for your account.

Lost your card?

If you have registered your Kliento card and lose it, we can move your points and rewards to a new card. Get a new card with a new registration code from your nearest Kliento merchant. Also if you change your travel card, you can get a new code from any Kliento merchant. Sign in to the service with your old details and go to the profile page. Fill in the new registration code to the 'Card Change' field and your old data will be connected to the new card. Now you can continue your rewarding customer relationships with the new card.
