Now customers can also use the Kliento service with their own travel card. Almost a million people in the greater Helsinki area carry this card and with it can join the loyalty program staright away.

A service for the loyal customers

Your loyal customers can register their card to the Kliento service. From there they can follow their rewards and give feedback to the companies. The service is free for the end users.

Tools to manage rewards and access reports

With out easy-to-use web tools you can edit rewards, follow-up a variety of reports and reply to customers' feedback. To get an answer for example to the question "How many punchcard are redeemed per day?" has never been easier.

Acquire and retain new customers

One and the same Kliento card can be used in all the companies that use Kliento. New customers find you through the Kliento.net service and the more there are local companies using the Kliento service, the more customer visits everyone gets. You can also communicate to your costomers via the Kliento newsletter. And with the Kliento service you just don't acquire new first time visitors but you have the tools to make them regular customer right away.

With the Kliento service local residents are rewarded for visiting merchants where good service is important. This is how we can also support the development of those local companies. Our aim is also to strengthen this benefit by creating strong local partner networks.
